Spring schedule- 2015!

New Schedule is ready! We've taken all your suggestions for the class schedule and going to mix things up this semester and offer MORE 60 minute weekday classes. Class descriptions below:

Tuesdays | Chosun Yoga | 7:30-8:30pm

Our Introduction to Yoga course at Chosun University is a 15 week set program that gradually guides students through various asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathwork). We have an overall focus to improve body awareness, decrease stress and cultivate tools for relaxation. *This program has a set registration date and is now closed for sign up. Stay posted for our next 15 week session this summer 2015.

Wednesdays | Vinyasa Yoga | 6:30-7:30pm

Faster paced classed, less breaks- a great sweat + relaxed mind. Classes builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength. The creative sequencing found in a vinyasa class is often built around surya namaskar (sun salutations). Previous yoga experience is suggested.

Thursdays | Hatha Yoga | 7:30-8:30pm

If you are seeking longer held poses, more detailed explanations with some pose variations our Hatha Yoga class includes some inversions (including shoulder stand, headstand prep) and the fundamentals of sun salutations. Perfect for students ready for a challenge - our Hatha classes offer well rounded sequences of postures. All levels welcome.

Sunday | Gentle + Alignment | 3:00-4:30pm

Great for beginners that want to learn the foundational yoga poses. Yoga demands nothing more than a willingness to move, breathe and be comfortable in one’s own body. This is also suitable for continuing students who would like an opportunity to slow down in their practice.

Sunday | Vinyasa | 3:00-4:30pm

Same ^^ Previous yoga experience is suggested.

Always check out the Google Calendar schedule for the MOST up-to-date information about classes, cancelations and workshops. Thank you for understanding our small studio size by reserving your mat in advance.
