Studio Policies and FAQs



When purchasing a 5 or 10 class card package, you are a making a commitment to yourself. You are paying the studio for a service. Incentive, encouragement and accountability are part of that service, and we thank you for understanding and respecting our class card policies. ॐ
5 class cards expire within 2 months
10 class cards expire within 3 months

What if I have unused classes after my card expires?

We can roll over unused classes on your class pass whenever you purchase a new 10 class pass. Just send a message to the YogaY O G I page as soon as you buy your new 10 class pass– then we will roll over the unused classes on your last 5 or 10 class pass to your new 10 class pass. This only applies when purchasing a new 10 class pass, expiration dates do not change.

What if I'm going on a long vacation and have unused classes?

If you have advance notice when purchasing your new 10 class pass that you will be out of the country for a month or more we are happy to make an adjusted arrangement. Please send a message to the YogaY O G I page with your situation and we can make a case-by-case arrangement.
